Registration for Netballuxion 2009 OPENS!

Hello everyone!

Registration for Netballuxion 2009 opens today!

Registration Periods:

Early Bird: 20th April 2009 - 31st May 2009 (SGD$65 PER TEAM)
Normal: 1st June 2009 - 31st July 2009 (SGD $75 PER TEAM)

Procedures of Registration:

1. Download the Registration & Indemnity form HERE or email us at NETBALLUXION@NUSNETBALL.COM for it.
2. Fill in the Registration form with your team's details and such.
3. Fill up 6 indemnity forms, signed by yourself (if you're above 21) or by your parent/guardian (if you're below 21)*

Based on your preferred mode of payment, submit your form in the following format

Ibanking / ATM

1. Submit your Application form to SECRETARY@NUSNETBALL.COM
2. Scan your 6 indemnity forms and send it to SECRETARY@NUSNETBALL.COM
3. We will contact you for Payment within 2-3 days
4. All forms and payment MUST be given to us by 31st May 2009 (for early birds) and 31st July 2009 (for normal)

Cash on Meetup

1. Print and fill up all relevant forms and hand up both forms and payment to our Friendly Treasurer at our mass meetup location.
2. Dates & Places for Early Birds: 30th and 31st May 2009 at Raffles City Starbucks (TBC)
3. Dates & Places for Normal: 25th and 26th July 2009 at Raffles City Starbucks (TBC)
4. All registration payment after 26th July 2009 has to be arranged with our Treasurer.

Points to take note of (VERY IMPORTANT)

1. Only 1 Registration form is needed
2. If you have 6 team members, there MUST BE 6 INDEMNITY FORMS, signed and witnessed
3. For all teams who have members younger than 21 years old, they MUST submit to the Netballuxion Committee DIRECTLY (i.e. Through Meetup ONLY)
4. For the 19 and below Catagory - you must be at most 19 on 1/1/09
5. At all times, only 1 National Player is allowed on court
6. For the Mixed Catagory, only 2 Males are allowed on Court, only 1 Male is allowed in the semi-d
7. 6 Players, 2 substitutes
